# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 41: Amendment of the Social Security (Payments on Account of Benefit) Regulations 2013


(1) The Social Security (Payments on Account of Benefit) Regulations 2013 are amended as follows.
(2) In regulation 3 (definition of “benefit”) after paragraph (1)(f) insert—
“(g) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
(3) In regulation 7(3) (definition of financial need) for “to (f)” substitute “to (g)”.
