# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 42: Amendment of the Social Security (Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 2013


In regulation 10(2) (recovery by deduction from benefits) of the Social Security (Overpayments and Recovery) Regulations 2013—
(a) at the end of sub-paragraph (e) omit “and”;
(b) after sub-paragraph (f) insert—
“; and
(g) a state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”.
