# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2015, Article 43: Amendment of the Legal Aid (Information about Financial Resources) Regulations 2013


In the Schedule (prescribed benefits) to the Legal Aid (Information about Financial Resources) Regulations 2013—
(a) in paragraph 9 after “48A,” in both places it appears insert “48AA,”;
(b) after paragraph 9 insert—
“9A. A state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014 or Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015.”;
(c) in paragraph 10 after “section 55A” in both places it appears insert “or 55AA”.
