Article 6 Amendment of the Social Security (Earnings Factor) Regulations 1979
In Schedule 1 (rules for the ascertainment of earnings factors) to the Social Security (Earnings Factor) Regulations 1979f1—
(a)
in paragraph 1(2) after “section 13(2) of the Act”, insert “or section 2(4) of the Pensions Act 2014”;
(b)
in paragraph 4 after “section 13(2)(a) of the Act”, insert “or section 2(4) of the Pensions Act 2014”.
