# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2017, Article 19: Amendment of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations 2001

In regulation 2(3)(a) of the Social Security (Inherited SERPS) Regulations 2001 (modification of Part II of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits Act 1992)—
(a) omit “and bereavement allowance”; and
(b) omit “except in so far as that section relates to the rate of a bereavement allowance”.
