# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2017, Article 24: Amendment of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005

In regulation 10(1A) of the Social Fund Maternity and Funeral Expenses (General) Regulations 2005 (deductions from an award of a funeral payment), for sub-paragraph (b) substitute—
“(b) bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
