# The Pensions Act 2014 (Consequential, Supplementary and Incidental Amendments) Order 2017, Article 42: Amendment of the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Default Scheme) (England) Regulations 2012

In paragraph 39(1)(j) of the Schedule to the Council Tax Reduction Schemes (Default Scheme) (England) Regulations 2012 (council tax reduction scheme (default scheme) 2013), for sub-paragraph (xiii) substitute—
“(xiii) bereavement support payment under section 30 of the Pensions Act 2014;”.
