# Pensions Act 2014, Paragraph 36


In section 28 (correction of errors in decisions etc), in subsection (3)—
(a) in paragraph (h), omit the final “or”;
(b) after paragraph (i) insert
“or
(j) Part 1 of the Pensions Act 2014.”
