# Pensions Act 2014, Paragraph 63


(1) Section 48C (Category B retirement pension: general) is amended as follows.
(2) In subsection (3), for “sections 48A(4)(b) and” substitute “ section ”.
(3) In subsection (4), omit “48A(4),”.
