# Pensions Act 2014, Paragraph 18


In section 20 (transfer of accrued rights), in subsection (1)(a)—
(a) in sub-paragraph (i), after “under a” insert “ scheme that was a ”;
(b) in sub-paragraph (ii)—
(i) omit “which is not contracted-out,”;
(ii) after “under a” insert “ scheme that was a ”.
