  "text": "(1) Section 37 (widowed mother's allowance) is amended as follows.\n(2) Before subsection (1) insert—\n“(A1) This section applies only in cases where a woman's husband has died before 9 April 2001.”\n(3) At the end of the heading insert “ : deaths before 9 April 2001 ”.",
