# Pensions Act 2014, Paragraph 14


(1) Section 39C (rate of widowed parent's allowance and bereavement allowance) is amended as follows.
(2) Omit subsection (2).
(3) Omit subsection (5).
(4) In the heading omit “and bereavement allowance”.
