# Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2008, Section 11: Increase in pensionable age for men and women

(1) Schedule 3 amends Article 123 of, and Part 1 of Schedule 2 to, the Pensions Order for the purpose of increasing the pensionable age for men and women....
(2) Part 8 of Schedule 1 contains consequential amendments.
(3) The amendments made by that Part of that Schedule have effect as from 6th December 2018.
