# Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2012, Paragraph 7


(1) Article 128 (approval of valuation) is amended as follows.
(2) In paragraph (1) for “127” substitute “ 127(2)(b) ”.
(3) In paragraph (2) for “that Article” substitute “ Article 127 ”.
