# Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2012, Section 17: Power of managers to modify by resolution


In section 32 of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 (power of trustees to modify by resolution) in subsection (1) and in the heading after “trustees” insert “ or managers ”.
