# Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2012, Section 18: No indemnification for civil penalties


In Article 233 of the Pensions (Northern Ireland) Order 2005 (no indemnification for fines or civil penalties) in paragraph (1)(b)—
(a) for “or section” substitute “ , section ”;
(b) after “the Pension Schemes Act” insert “ or section 40 or 41 of the Pensions (No. 2) Act (Northern Ireland) 2008 ”.
