Section 155 (reciprocal agreements) is amended as follows.

In subsection (3)(a), before “and the Contributions and Benefits Act” insert “ , Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 ”.

(3)

In subsection (4), before paragraph (b) insert—

“(ag)
to Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.

(4)

In subsection (5)—

(a)

after “Act 2007” insert “ or Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015 ”;

(b)

after paragraph (ac) insert—

“(ad)
state pension under Part 1 of the Pensions Act (Northern Ireland) 2015;”.
