  "text": "(1) This Part creates a benefit called state pension.\n(2) A person who reaches pensionable age before 6 April 2016 is not entitled to benefits under this Part (but may be entitled to similar benefits under Part 2 of the Social Security Contributions and Benefits (Northern Ireland) Act 1992 (in this Act referred to as “the Contributions and Benefits Act”)).",
