  "text": "Except in the Arrangement of Rules and Rules 2(1), 2A, 12(6), 13(1), 15(3), 18, 19(2), 24(5), 24(6), 26(3)(e), 26(5), 26(6) and 34 the words “the Chairman” and “a Chairman” in the Rules shall be substituted by the words “the President”.",
