  "heading": "Amendment to the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Rules 1981",
  "text": "Rule 3(1) shall be amended as follows—\n(a) the word “and” shall be deleted at the end of paragraph (a); and\n(b) after the word “lies” in paragraph (b) the full stop shall be omitted and there shall be inserted the following—\n“; and\n(c) an appeal against a specified decision shall be brought by the person in respect of whose claim the Minister has made the decision.”",
