# Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Rules 2001, Article 7: Amendment to the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Rules 1981


In Rule 10 after the word “list” there shall be inserted the words “or direct that the appeal be struck out”.
