# Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) (Amendment) Rules 2003, Article 2: Amendments to the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Rules 1981


After Rule 4(3) there shall be added the paragraph:
“(4) No later than fourteen days after receipt of the notice of appeal the Secretary of State for Defence shall forward a copy of it to the Pensions Appeal Office by first class post.”
