  "text": "(This note is not part of the Rules.)\nThese rules amend the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Northern Ireland) Rules 1981 to provide, in rule 4(4), for the Pensions Appeal Office to be served with a copy of the notice of appeal when received by the Secretary of State for Defence and, in rule 24(1), for a procedure for appeals to the Court of Appeal against specified decisions.",
