Article 2 Amendments to the principal Order

The amendments to the principal Order—

(a)

in paragraphs 1, 3 and 4 of the Schedule shall have effect from 9th April 2001; and

(b)

in paragraph 2 of the Schedule shall have effect for the purposes of decisions made and notified on or after 9th April 2001.
