  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 14th February 2001\nLaid before Parliament 26th February 2001\nComing into force 9th April 2001\nAt the Court at Buckingham Palace, the 14th day of February 2001\nPresent,\nThe Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council\nWHEREAS Her Majesty deems it expedient to amend the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Posthumous Appeals) Order 1980 by Order in Council under sections 16(1) and (2) of the Social Security Act 1980:\nNOW, THEREFORE, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 16 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—",
