Present,
The Queen’s Most Excellent Majesty in Council
WHEREAS Her Majesty deems it expedient to amend the Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Posthumous Appeals) Order 1980 by Order in Council under sections 16(1) and (2) of the Social Security Act 1980:
NOW, THEREFORE, Her Majesty, in exercise of the powers conferred by the said section 16 and of all other powers enabling Her in that behalf, is pleased, by and with the advice of Her Privy Council, to order, and it is hereby ordered, as follows:—
