# The Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 1998, Article 6


In rule 8 (date of hearing)—
(a) in paragraph (1), the words “in Form 7”; and
(b) in paragraph (2), the words “(unless the appeal is to be heard in his absence under rule 20)”,
shall be omitted.
