# The Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 1998, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before Parliament 15th May 1998
Coming into force 8th June 1998
The Lord President of the Court of Session, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by sections 6 and 13 of, and paragraphs 5, 6 and 6A of the Schedule to, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943( and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992( hereby makes the following rules:
