The Lord President of the Court of Session, in exercise of the powers conferred on him by paragraph 5 of the Schedule to, and read along with section 13 of, the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943f1, and after consultation with the Council on Tribunals in accordance with section 8 of the Tribunals and Inquiries Act 1992f2, hereby makes the following Rules:
