# The Pensions Appeal Tribunals (Scotland) (Amendment) Rules 2017, Introduction: Introductory text

Laid before the Scottish Parliament 1st November 2017
Coming into force 4th December 2017
The Lord President of the Court of Session makes the following Rules in exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 5(1) of the schedule of the Pensions Appeal Tribunals Act 1943 and all other powers enabling him to do so.
