# The Pensions Commutation (Amendment) Regulations 1977, Introduction: Introductory text

Made 12th January 1977
Coming into Operation 10th February 1977
The Minister for the Civil Service, in exercise of the powers conferred by sections 4 and 7 of the Pensions Commutation Act 1871 and section 3 of the Pensions Commutation Act 1882, and now vested in him, and of all other powers enabling him in that behalf, hereby makes the following Regulations:—
