# The Pensions Commutation (Amendment) Regulations 1977, Regulation 3


The Pensions Commutation Regulations 1968, as amended, shall be further amended by substituting for Regulation (1) thereof, the following Regulation:—
“9 (1) There shall be charged in respect of the commutation of any pension or any portion of a pension a fee of 1½ per cent. on the amount awarded;
provided that such fee shall not be less than £10 or more than £75 in any case. ”.
