  "text": "PENSIONS\nMade 22nd July 1968\nComing into Operation 1st August 1968\nThe Treasury, in exercise of the powers conferred on them by sections 4 and 7 of the Pensions Commutation Act 1871 and section 3 of the Pensions Commutation Act 1882 and of all other powers enabling them in that behalf, hereby make the following Regulations:—",
