# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 15A


A pension payable by a Secretary of State under regulations made under section 24 of the Superannuation Act 1972 (compensation for loss of employment, etc. ) to or in respect of such a person as is referred to in paragraph 15 above.
