# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 25


A pension payable in pursuance of rules made under section 3 of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1948 (former employees of approved societies etc.).
This paragraph does not include a pension payable under the principal civil service pension scheme within the meaning of section 2 of the Superannuation Act 1972.
