# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 38A


A pension payable by virtue of paragraph 10 of Schedule 1 15(2) of Schedule 1 to the Enterprise and New Towns (Scotland) Act 1990 (as read with paragraph 7 of Schedule 3 to that Act) or of regulations made under paragraph 3 of Schedule 3 to the Scottish Development Agency Act 1975.
