# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 39A


A pension payable under a defined benefits scheme, within the meaning of the Public Service Pensions Act 2013, made by the Secretary of State or the Scottish Ministers under section 1 of that Act by virtue of section 1(2)(c) of that Act (local government workers).
