# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 47

Extent: E+W+S

A pension payable by a local authority in England or Wales under any enactment other than section 15(1) to (7) of the Superannuation (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1967 in respect of—
(a) service as a justices’ clerk or as the employee of a justices’ clerk; or
(b) service as a person employed by a magistrates’ courts committee to assist a justices’ clerk or as staff of such a committee; or.
(c) service as a justices’ chief executive.
