# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 53A


A pension payable in accordance with regulations under section 7 of the Superannuation Act 1972 in respect of service as chairman, chief officer, member or member of the staff of a local probation board established under section 4 of the Criminal Justice and Court Services Act 2000.
