# Pensions (Increase) Act 1971, Paragraph 63


A pension payable by a local authority in respect of service ending with service as a rent officer or deputy rent officer under section 22 or 24 of the Rent Act 1965 or section 40 of the Rent Act 1968 or section 63 of the Rent Act 1977.
