  "text": "A pension in respect of service in an auxiliary or special police force raised in an overseas territory, not being a pension payable to or in respect of a person who at the time of his retirement either—\n(a) was engaged as mentioned in section 1(1) of the Police (Overseas Service) Act 1945; or\n(b) was engaged in service in respect of which the provisions of section 5 of the Overseas Service Act 1958 had effect;\nnor a pension payable under any warrant or other instrument made by virtue of Her Majesty’s prerogative in respect of such forces.",
