  "long_title": "These Regulations apply the provisions of the Pensions (Increase) Act 1971 to any pension payable under the Armed Forces Pension Scheme 2005, any pension payable under the Reserve Forces Pension Scheme 2005 and any pension payable by a conservation board under the Local Government Pension Scheme or other schemes made under section 7 of the Superannuation Act 1972. The rate of any such pension is thereby increased annually in accordance with the Retail Prices Index.",
