  "text": "These Regulations make provision in relation to pensions of coroners whereby the basic rate of certain of those pensions may be increased under the Pensions (Increase) Act 1974.\nThe Regulations have effect from 1st December 1973 by virtue of provision made under section 4(3)(a) of the Act.",
