  "text": "(1) Paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) Regulations 1972 (as substituted by Regulation 5(1)(c) of and Schedule 2 to the Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1974 shall be amended by inserting before the last entry in the table the following entries:—\n1.8.70\n1.1.71\n1.3694.\n1.1.71\n1.1.72\n1.2733.\n(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this Regulations shall take effect from 1st December 1973.",
