# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 11


(1) In paragraph 16 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations, for the last three entries in the table substitute the following four entries:—

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 17th July 1972.
