Paragraph 12

At the end of the Schedule to the principal Regulations add the following paragraphs:—

“21

A pension payable under Part I of the Administration of Justice (Pensions) Act 1950 in respect of service of any person as Chairman or Deputy Chairman of the Monopolies Commission.
