# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 5


(1) In paragraph 5 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—
(a) for the first entry in the table substitute the following entry:—

(b) add at the end of the table the following entry:—

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 26th July 1972.
