  "text": "(1) In paragraph 9 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—\n(a) for the third and fourth entries in the table substitute the following entries:—\n1. 8.63\n1. 9.65\n1·4844\n1. 9.65\n1. 7.68\n1·3712\n(b) insert after the second entry in the table the following entry:—\n1.10.59\n1. 8.63\n1·6485\n(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this sub-paragraph (1)(a) above shall take effect from 1st January 1972, and any increase of pension payable by virtue of sub-paragraph (1)(b) above shall take effect from 1st September 1971.",
