# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 7


(1) In paragraph 9 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations—
(a) for the third and fourth entries in the table substitute the following entries:—

(b) insert after the second entry in the table the following entry:—

1. 8.63

(2) Any increase of pension payable by virtue of this sub-paragraph (1)(a) above shall take effect from 1st January 1972, and any increase of pension payable by virtue of sub-paragraph (1)(b) above shall take effect from 1st September 1971.
