# The Pensions Increase (Judicial Pensions) (Amendment) Regulations 1973, Paragraph 9


(1) In paragraph 11 of the Schedule to the principal Regulations, for the last entry in the table substitute the following entry:—

(2) Any increase payable by virtue of this paragraph shall take effect from 1st January 1972.
